Red Bay Coffee Opens First Roastery in San Francisco

An inspired partnership formed with Daily Driver–
SF’s First Creamery and Bagel Shop

SF BAY AREA, California—Red Bay Coffee Roasters expands into San Francisco with Daily Driver, The City’s first and only cheese-making creamery, bagel shop and roasters. Beautiful coffee, hand-paddled butter, fresh cream cheese, and wood-fired bagels are on the menu. Opening to the public in mid-May, Daily Driver is located in the Dogpatch neighborhood, near the central waterfront of the family-owned American Industrial Center (AIC), which has welcomed and supported makers for over 30 years.

Red Bay Coffee will launch an exclusive organic coffee line for Daily Driver roasted daily on-site alongside a beautiful mezzanine space where patrons can get revved up by a multicultural sensorial experience. Bagel fans will be able to see wood-fired organic bagels, butter, and cream cheese as they’re being crafted at the shop, then eat the freshly made goods on-site. Coffee fans will be able to see sustainably sourced coffee being roasted in an open environment that’s approachable and diverse, and grab espressos, drip coffee, and other seasonal specials. Fans can also pick up retail bags of Red Bay Coffee’s signature sustainably sourced coffees, including Carver’s Dream, Pretty Penny, and Brazilian Cake Lady.
